The RSVP date is January 21st 2026, but if you want to tell us earlier we're happy to know!
Due to the restrictions at our venue, we have a hard cap of how many can attend so we will not be allowing plus-ones. We are both so excited to see you though!
The ceremony will begin at 1:30 so we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to have time to park and find a seat. We don't want you to miss the ceremony so err on the side of safety when possible!
We will be having children in attendance at our wedding, but due to the cap on guest count we cannot allow all of our families and friends children to come. Baby's under the age of 1 are allowed to attend whether or not they are listed on your invitation.
We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. You matter to us and we want you to be fully precent for this big life event in our lives! Our photographer Janet is sure to capture the perfect ceremony photos. Other than that, please take photos! We want to see cocktail hour and the reception through your eyes!
We have a dress code of cocktail attire. The venue is a beautiful garden and the wedding will be taking place during spring so please feel free to come in your favorite floral prints. Cocktail dresses and suits are preferred.
Our colors are all the spring colors! But mainly mustard yellow, olive green, dusty rose, lavender, and dusty blue. I don't know about you, but I love to dress to a color theme when I can for events like weddings, so feel free to do the same if you would like!
Miss Mary's Place has plenty of parking for everyone as well as parking attendants to help out as needed.
Presuming that there is no rain *knock on wood* the ceremony as well as the cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the garden, while the reception takes place in the garden as well as in the cedar barn on property.
Since we will be having a cocktail style reception, the food will be served as is. But take heart in knowing that Lily has dietary restrictions as well, so there will be many gluten and dairy free options.
There will be an open Root-Beer float bar during cocktail hour! There will not be any alcohol at the wedding though, and we thank you for respecting our decision.
If you click on our "Things To Do" page of our website, you will see a long list (with photos!) of our favorite places to eat and some of our favorite parks in town!
