Flight
Tampa is usually the quickest and cheaper option for direct flights but is about an hour and a half drive from Sarasota.
Hotel

The Westin is where the shuttle for the welcome party and wedding will pick-up and drop-off at. The Westin Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to St. Armand's Circle (130 outdoor shops and restaurants) and Lido Beach. The rooftop of this hotel has the best pool and bar. We will have a farewell brunch on Sunday for any guests staying at The Westin.

The Embassy Suites is a brand new hotel across the street from The Westin. The rates may be a little lower and if you need more room (families) this could be a good option. The Longboat Key Club is on the beach and newly remodeled. A little pricier- let us know if you would like to stay here and we will give you a discount code.
