Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite said “and guest”, then by all means please bring a date and RSVP accordingly. If your invite says only your name, then please bring just yourself

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do! However we want you to enjoy this day with us. If your invite is not addressed to the kids as well, then please allow yourself to have a kid free night

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the travel page of our website for information on hotel blocks made for guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are held at the same place and there is a parking lot available for guests to use. You may even leave your car overnight if you cannot drive after the wedding. Your car must be picked up by 9am Saturday morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison East, Courtyard Madison East hotel or are able to make your way to either of those hotels, we have arranged for a shuttle service to take you to and and from the wedding, leaving from Fairfield. You may even keep your car at the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel if it is safer for you. Shuttle information can be found under the travel page of our website
