Question

Can I bring a plus one if they are not on the invitation?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited occupancy at the venue, only the people invited through invitation are permitted to attend. If we could invite every single person we absolutely would, it just did not work out in this way and we hope you understand!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal so dresses, skirts, khakis, polos, suits and the like are all permissible. The colors for the wedding are different shades of green and champagne and we strongly encourage everyone to dress in those colors with us! Don't forget to wear your dancing shoes!

Will there be food provided after the ceremony?

Answer

Dinner will be served after the ceremony and cocktail hour have passed.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not allow self served alcohol on site. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from bringing any alcoholic beverages with you.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both take place indoors due to the unpredictability of Oklahoma weather in November! There will be a short cocktail hour outside on the patio, but space heaters will be there in case of cold weather.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot located just below the venue. If there are any elderly or injured that are unable to walk up the small hill from the lot to the venue, we ask that you drop them off at the entrance of the venue before parking in the previously stated lot.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We ask that you honor our wishes to not bring any children as we have only reserved for the ring bearer and flower girl. Again, we only have so much room in the venue and we would like to reserve the space for others that we are close with.
