We want our family and friends to feel comfortable and to have fun celebrating with us. We did not cut our guest list down and we did invite 250 people (obviously not all will come). If that makes you uncomfortable, please stay home and we hope to celebrate with you another time. In regards to Covid-19 and masks, we want everyone to be safe and smart but we will not be requiring people to wear them. If that is how you feel most comfortable, please feel free to wear a mask but we will not be requiring it nor will we be wearing one. If anyone has any questions about how Covid-19 might be affecting our wedding, please feel free to reach out!
It will be a semi-formal event so think cocktail dresses and slacks and tie.
In lieu of a traditional guest book, we would love to build our own recipe box filled with your favorite family recipe's! Ben loves to cook and I love to eat so we thought it would be special to collect recipes for food, drinks, and deserts from people who shared such a special day with us! Please fill it out with one of your favorites and bring it with you to the wedding!
Alcohol will be served complementary but will be limited to two signature cocktails and a selection of beer and wine. While the alcohol is complementary, tipping the bar staff is highly encouraged!
YES! This is a big reason why we fell in love with Bella Cavalli! There will be plenty of furry friends to meet and take pictures with during cocktail hour!
You may take as many pictures as you would like during cocktail hour and the reception, but we request that all phones and cameras be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an incredibly talented photographer to capture the day for us and would love for you to be fully present during our ceremony!
While we love your kiddos, this is going to be an adult only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We request that you find a babysitter and enjoy a night to yourselves!
This wedding will be a nonsmoking event.
Yes! We will be having the dollar dance, anniversary dance, and other fun activities!
There will be an option when you RSVP to notify us about any special dietary needs and we will notify the caterer.
We ask that you plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins so that you can park and find your seat. We ask anyone who arrives after 5:30 to wait for the coordinater to usher you in so as not to interrupt the processional.
