We had general chemistry lab together, but never talked much until we compared grades on one of our tests. I got a high A and Ben got a B, so he wanted my number to study together. Sadly, that was the last time I would ever get a higher grade than him. Needless to say, we've had chemistry from the start (Cue Ben rolling his eyes lol)

We went to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. There was a gazebo up on a hill that overlooked the whole estate and we walked up to take pictures. After taking too many selfies, Ben told me he wanted a picture only of me and when I turn around, he was on his knee! Disclaimer: I might have seen the ring box in his pocket and Ben definitely knew that I saw it. But I was still speechless when he proposed, so speechless that Ben eventually asked "sooooooo is that a yes??"
