Sonoma County Airport

The Bay area has a few airport options. Oakland (OAK) and San Francisco (SF0) are both 1.25 hours away (with no traffic....which is basically never the case). If at all possible fly into Santa Rosa airport (STS)!! It's literally one mile from our venue :) It will cost a little more $, but be worth it when you consider traffic, time, and the need for car rental vs Uber, unless you plan to make a mini-Bay Area-vacation out of it :) Also you can bring a case of wine with you for free if you fly out of STS! Many, many wineries here.

We would highly recommend seeing if you can get a room at this timeshare, whether you are a World Mark by Wyndham member, or not. You can rent rooms directly from someone who has bought into the timeshare through www.vrbo.com or www.airbnb.com, etc., as people often sell their time share days. It’s next door to our wedding venue and has great accommodations, usually with three bedrooms, so it is sharable with other friends or family members. The timeshare has a large pool, many hot tubs, a tennis and volleyball court, playground, work out room, video arcade, pool table, BBQ's and decks, plus it’s RIGHT NEXT TO OUR WEDDING VENUE so you could walk back to your room after! Since you have to book it privately, not through Wyndham, unless you are a timeshare member, it's a good idea to book it early through Air BNB or VacationRentalByOwner or another like site, as rooms are more limited.

We live, and will be getting married, in the Windsor Golf Course neighborhood. There are several rooms or homes for rent in our neighborhood that will be convenient for you! Factoid: Airbnb headquarters are in SF! Also, the brand new Russian River Brew Co just opened up on our street, as well as several other beer and wine tasting rooms that are walkable in our neighborhood. Alternatively, you could likely find a funky or wooded bungalow retreat near the Russian River a few miles south in Santa Rosa, Forestville, or Guerneville. Or a few miles north, you'll find a posh room, cottage, or BNB in a family vineyard in the upscale town of Healdsburg.
