We want our guests to have all of the information they need to make decisions about our big day, so we have put together the FAQs below. If you have any other questions than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to Brea (814-242-7185) or Ben (812-361-5064).
Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, it's important to us that all of our favorite people can make it safely between the venue and the local hotels we have blocks at. A school bus shuttle will pick up guests from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Donegal, Days Inn by Wyndham Donegal, or the Comfort Inn Connellsville to go to the ceremony on Saturday afternoon. That schedule is as follows (times are approximate): 2:00 PM - Pick up at Comfort Inn 2:45 PM- Pick up at Days Inn 3PM - Pick up at Holiday Inn 3:15 - Arrive at Sanaview Farms A shuttle will also take guests back from the reception at night. There will be two trips as follows: 9PM - First Shuttle leaves from Sanaview Farms 9:05 PM - Drop off at Holiday Inn 9:15 PM - Drop off at Days Inn 10 PM - Drop off at Comfort Inn 10:30 PM - Second Shuttle leaves from Sanaview Farms 10:35 PM - Drop off at Holiday Inn 10:45 PM - Drop off at Days Inn 11:30 PM - Drop off at Comfort Inn

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. If you will be staying overnight at one of the local hotels, we would appreciate if you would park there and utilize our transportation, but there will be parking at the venue as well.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Anything in the cocktail/semi-formal/dressy casual category fits the bill. The ceremony will (hopefully) be outdoors, and the reception will be in a barn, so we would forego the full suits or highest of heels, but you do you! Your dancing shoes are required, though.

Question

How many guests will be attending?

Answer

We are expecting about 150 of our closest friends and family.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will (weather permitting) take place outdoors, while the reception will take place inside of a large barn and patio area with easy access to outdoors. Rest assured our venue is a sprawling farm property with plenty of space to move around!

Are you requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend?

Answer

We are asking that our guests either be fully vaccinated -OR- obtain a negative test 1-3 days prior to the wedding. We will not be requiring proof of either vaccination or a negative test; it will be based on an honor system that we sincerely hope all of our guests will respect.

Are masks required? Will they be provided?

Answer

In line with current guidelines, we will not be requiring masks at our wedding. However, we encourage those who would feel more comfortable with the extra level of protection to please feel free to wear one. We will have extra masks on hand as well. We will continue to monitor local guidelines and will amend our policy accordingly if need be.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
