While we were both located in Washington, DC, we met as many do these days: on an app. Hinge, to be specific (Hinge, will you sponsor us yet?!) Ben was drawn to a video Brea had on her profile showing her giggling with her friend, Harris. Ben broke the ice by sharing the concert he was dying to go to next and after a few messages, they decided to meet at nearby bar for drinks. Conversation came easily as they connected over music, politics, and everything in between. Almost three years into their adventure, Ben popped the question during a romantic weekend away in Charlottesville, Virginia. Brea, of course, said yes! Shortly thereafter in May 2021, we moved to Pittsburgh with our cat, Julius, and purchased our first home. Some of our favorite things to do together are: Reading, watching basketball, trying new restaurants and craft breweries, and being obnoxious cat parents. We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of our favorite people!
