Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP for the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 1st 2025. (3 months prior to the event our finalized counts are due and won’t be subject to change). If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding. Please go to the RSVP tab on the website and confirm your RSVP.

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the wedding invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding. :)

Question

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party. :)

Question

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the Ceremony for us. Other than the Ceremony, Yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. :)

Question

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be drinks, ciders, beers, sodas, waters, during Cocktail Hour and Reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not make it, Please notify Ben or Ashley as soon as you are aware. We will have our ceremony live stream available.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Beach Formal: We’d love for our guests to embrace a cohesive and elegant look for our special day! Since most of you will be included in family photos, we kindly ask for the following: • Women: we would like you to wear light-colored or pastel attire that complements the garden setting. Think soft hues, floral patterns, and breezy fabrics like chiffon, satin, or linen. However, we ask that no one wears the color satin misty blue, as this is reserved for the bridesmaids and we ask that you avoid all champagne, off-white, ivory, and white based patterns, and of course avoid solid white. • Men: Beach formal is the theme! Light-colored suits or dressy shirts with slacks are perfect. Feel free to add subtle botanical or pastel accents to your look. Please refrain from wearing a misty blue color as this is our wedding party color. Thank you (Images for inspiration can be found on the gallery tab) The ceremony will be indoors and the cocktail hour and dinner will be outside in a courtyard, so please plan accordingly. :)

Question

What’s included in your Gallery Tab?

Answer

In the Gallery tab, you’ll find a collection of photos showcasing our ceremony and reception spaces, giving you a glimpse of the atmosphere/ setting of our special day. Additionally, you’ll find wardrobe inspiration for both women and men, along with a selection of photos of Ben and I through the years. And, of course, there are some adorable shots of our two pups, Milo and Kobe, for you to enjoy!

Question

What will be served at the Reception?

Answer

I have noted the issues from those of you RSVPing that the app will only let you select one item on the menu selection. Since we have received RSVP’s already with a food item selected, I am unable to delete the options. Ben and I will reach out to ask for a count on which items are wanted by who for their meal. Thank you! :) The options for dinner will be listed below: Appetizer 1: Teriyaki Chicken Skewers (Dairy Free) Appetizer 2: Assorted Maki Sushi Platter (Dairy Free) Side 1: Roasted Vegetables (Gluten Free) Side 2: Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Gluten Free) Salad 1: Classic Caesar Salad Salad 2: Seasonal Fruit Skewers (Gluten Free) Entree 1: Hawaiian Style Pulled Pork (Slow Cooked Kalua Style Pork) - Gluten Free Entree 2: Furikake Crusted Market Fresh Fish Topped Served With Furikake Aioli. (Dairy Free) Dessert 1: Chocolate Mousse Shooters With Oreo Crumble Dessert 2: Wedding Cupcakes (Gluten Free) Flavor: Tbd
