The ceremony will take place inside the chapel where we have AC. There is a restroom inside the chapel as well but no changing rooms. We have transportation scheduled for our guests to be picked up from the hotel and taken to the chapel on Thursday. Transportation will be picking you up no later than 10:30 am. The drive to the chapel is 30 minutes. We are allowed to enter and park at the chapel 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time which is 11:15 am. We ask that we all arrive by 11 am to ensure we are prompt on time. We will have detailed driving instructions for those who do not wish to use our transportation services on the wedding day. We have a wedding coordinator at the chapel, her name is Annie and she will be guiding you through the morning. Thank you all again for joining us on our special day! :) ceremony will be 15-20 minutes long followed by 90 minutes of photography. Live streaming will be available at this time as well. :)

Beach formal- this will be an outside event
This will be an outside event - We will begin our celebration with cocktail hour at 4pm. It will begin with us having our open bar start at this time and appetizers will be passed around, Appetizer 1: Teriyaki Chicken Skewers (Dairy Free) & Appetizer 2: Assorted Maki Sushi Platter (Dairy Free). We will begin dinner about 5-5:15pm. This is a buffet styled meal, where we have two salads, two sides, two entrees for you to choose from. We will conclude dinner with cake cutting and speeches if anyone chooses to give us a toast :) then we will proceed into the dancing portion of the evening where we have a DJ who will guide our evening. Reception will conclude at 9 pm.
