Today's likely events range from: - A trip to the historic marketplace - A tour of the local coffee plantations - A tour of the local chocolate manufacturers - A trip to the Earth Lodge, a cool bar with incredible views - A night time haunted tour of Antigua More concrete plans will be made once we have the final RSVP list. Please feel free to join, and if you want to do your own thing that's okay too!

Tuesday and Wednesday, December 4th and 5th

Wear something that flips, and something that flops

Today we are leaving Antigua to visit Guatemala's most beautiful lake (possibly the world's), Lake Atitlan. This body of water is surrounded on all sides by 3 volcanos and some of the most artistic and colorful towns in the country. This is an overnight trip that will require some out-of-pocket expenses, so PLEASE RSVP if you are interested so we can begin to investigate transportation and accommodation for everyone! This incredible trip will include: - Travel from Guatemala to Lake Atitlan - A booze cruise on the Lake - Cliff diving (into cold, cold water) and swimming in hot springs - Adventuring around remote villages and hippy towns This price of this excursion will be fully determined once we have our RSVP list.

Thursday, December 6th

Today's activities involve: - The illustrious Pacaya Volcano hike with mountain top cocktails (this trip will incur some out-of-pocket expenses) - Lunch at the phantasmagorical Hobbitenango Restaurante y Boutique Hotel (this trip will incur some out-of-pocket expenses) - Bar hopping around town as well as some mixers to get the friends and families better acquainted

For those who are culinarily inclined, please RSVP for this class to learn how to assemble several meals from the traditional Guatemalan cuisine.
