Is there a dress code?

Answer

Mountain Formal- suits for men, long flowy dresses in earthy tones for women. Think elegant yet comfortable for the outdoors. Recommended comfortable shoes + a shawl/cardigan for the weather.

Do I have to hike?

Our ceremony will be located at "The Wedding Tree" in Kelly, WY. It is a short trail (5 minutes) to the ceremony site but it is rocky so heels are not recommended!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In September, during the day the temperatures range from 65-70, but be prepared for evenings to get chilly around the mid 50s.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to take guests to ceremony site. We recommend a rental car if you intend to do some exploring on your own!

Do I have to pay to get into the park?

Answer

Grand Teton National Park requires a $35 entry pass (valid for 7 days) if you plan to explore the park during your visit. However, our wedding venue is just outside the park entrance, so a pass is not necessary unless you’d like to visit the park while you're here!
