Having a car for the weekend in Squamish will provide you the most flexibility if you'd like to see the town, go for a hike, or stop along the way on the way back to the airport.

YVR ✈ Squamish Adventure Center (10 min from venue) This is a public shuttle from YVR to Squamish. The trip from Vancouver Airport to Squamish takes about two hours. This provides plenty of time to enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the Sea-to-Sky Highway from the comfort and safety of modern coach buses. Please note that pick-up and drop-off is by reservation only. ~$55 one way. It's possible to Uber from the airport to Squamish, but with the World Cup going on at the same time, who knows what that's going to look like. It's usually ~$120 CAD from the airport to Squamish. Note: It's much harder to uber from Squamish to the airport for the way back. Please keep this in mind. Squamish taxi is an option
