We would love for your children to join us but unfortunately due to space restrictions we cannot host children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding guest attire is cocktail attire. For women, we recommend elevated tea length cocktail dresses. Ladies- plan to wear flats or block heels as you will need to walk across grass and uneven terrain to reach the cocktail hour space. For men, a suit and tie is expected.

Which wedding events are indoor vs. outdoor?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be indoors at St. James church. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the grounds of Harford Hill estate. In the event of rain, cocktail hour will be indoors. The reception will take place indoors in the barn at Harford Hill.

Is parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at St. James church for the ceremony. For the reception, guests can park in the field to the immediate right of Harford Hill estate - a two minute walk to the cocktail hour and reception spaces. Directional parkers will be onsite to provide assistance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like guests to begin arriving at 3:00, which is 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony at 3:30. We plan to begin promptly.

Is transportation provided from the hotel (Embassy Suites) to the ceremony, reception and back?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony, the shuttle will begin boarding at 2:30 pm with a prompt 2:45 pm departure. Following the ceremony, the shuttle will transport guests to the reception venue. Later in the evening, the shuttle will make return trips from the reception to the hotel at 8:30 pm, 9:45 pm and 11:00 pm.
