Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our venue capacity and pre-selected meals, we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on each invitation and RSVP. If a guest (or plus one) wasn’t included on your invitation, we unfortunately aren’t able to add anyone at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony, located in the Avista Loft, will promptly begin at 4 pm. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to start time to locate the Avista Loft and find your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony for the duration of the ceremony. Please keep your phones and cameras put away so you can be fully present with us, and our professional photographer can capture these special moments without distraction or flash interference. You are welcome to take as many photos as you like during the reception!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: A suit or dress shirt and slacks are suggested for men. For women, a midi -, knee- or floor-length dress, or dressy separates are all welcome. Wearing black is absolutely okay, so feel free to keep it classic if that’s your style. The ceremony will be held indoors, and the reception will be held on the rooftop indoors, with access to outdoor patio spaces throughout the evening.

Can I bring my kids?

If your child's name is on your RSVP they are welcome, but we recommend a night off for you to relax and celebrate with us!

Where will I park?

Answer

If staying at a nearby hotel, we recommend walking to the venue. We are providing a shuttle service for our guests staying at nearby hotels to use after the wedding. The shuttle will be making drop offs to downtown hotels roughly every 20 minutes from 8pm-10pm. The Steam Plant has an alley the shuttle bus can easily pull through, so that's where pickups will be made.
