We had so much fun exploring Acadia National Park when we traveled here in 2022 that we knew we wanted to be able to share it with our friends and family. Below are some of our favorite hikes we did in the area.
His Favorite Hike
John's favorite hike we did during our last trip. Only 2.1 miles and 1,059 ft of elevation gain, but with boulders, granite stairs and slopes, iron rungs, sheer cliffs, and rocky trails - aka not for the faint of heart.
Her Favorite Hike
Cheryl's favorite hike we did during our last trip. 4.7 miles, 1,213 ft of elevation, with a beautiful stream and stonework.
Easy Hike Recommendation
Jordan Pond Path is a 3.1-mile loop trail with a boardwalk (a rocky area is noted on AllTrails so still wear good shoes!) around Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 55 min to complete.
