Friday Night & Potluck

5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

5:30: Arrive at the venue! Check-in at guest parking off of Keasey Road. We will have someone at the entrance to help with parking and find your lodging until about 7;15 PM **If arriving after 7:15, please park in Guest Parking and make your way to the Party Barn for your room assignment** 6:30 PM: Potluck begins at the Party Barn. Please bring a dish of your choice to share whether you make it from scratch or find a local restaurant with your favorite meal. There is limited storage space so do not bring more than you could eat with a few other people. 7:00 PM - Open Mic starts - Get ready to tell stories, play music, try out your own stand-up routine, tell some jokes, and share your best self with everyone. There will be a drum set, Mic, cajon, and a synth. Bring a guitar or other instruments if you’d like! 

Saturday Wedding & Campout

8:00 am - 11:45 pm

8:00 AM: Breakfast buffet open until 9:00 AM 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Go explore the trails, get out the volleyball, or find peace in the Labyrinth. 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Frisbee Game on the Frisbee Field, organized by Derek Peierls 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Lunch served - build your own sandwiches 12:45 PM - 1:45 PM: Slip & Slide is OPEN! Be there or be square. Just be there. 3:00 - 4:00 PM: Get Ready for the Ceremony (Remember bathrooms are shared) 4:00 PM: Grab a drink and head to the Ceremony - this is the most important part! Ceremony will be followed by group photos, dinner, dancing, speeches, and more.

Sunday Brunch & Bye

9:00 am - 11:00 am

9:30 AM: Brunch buffet - waffle bar! 11:00 AM: Please strip the beds and be out of your rooms, but do not forget to say goodbye to the bride and groom!

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

If you're still in town, please come join us for a casual get together before you go. Plus, it's happy hour all day - you can't skip that.
