The pair met at the infamous architecture firm Davis Partnership, where they formed a....partnership. It wasn't all butterflies and googly eyes upon meeting, they actually chose the friendship path as Amanda was freshly moved to Colorado and Dylan was at his first accounting job out of school. Friendships blossom as time goes on and one fateful St Patrick's Day, green beer brought them together. The first formal date consisted of Dylan taking Amanda down an alley (the beginning of horror movies) and through a backdoor into a....speakeasy! Cocktails were followed by an amazing dinner and Beauty & the Beast at the theater where Amanda might have fallen asleep but you can't blame her with those theatre recliners these days. Almost five years later, Amanda and Dylan have flourished over snowboarding, camping, traveling, and the amazing outdoors that Colorado has to offer. Dylan has become the best chef she could ever ask for and she is happy to be at the forefront of taste testing. Fostering rescue dogs led to adopting which brings us to the light of their lives, Kona and Zoey, possibly the two most spoiled pooches west of the Mississippi. They are super excited that their pawrents have decided to make it official!
