What is the weather like on the island?

Answer

During the day in May, temperatures range between 70-75 degrees with evenings dipping into the 60-65 degree range. Breezes can make it feel both cooler and warmer. Light layers with a jacket will most likely meet all of your needs.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love kids, numbers translate to expense when it comes to weddings. This is why we are having several informal gatherings outside of the ceremony, including a big blowout potluck reception where everyone is welcome to come and celebrate!

How do I get around Avalon?

Answer

Check out our travel page for the contact info. There is an island taxi (most economical plus you can drink) or rent a golf cart (more expensive and you shouldn't drink!)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Nope! Most everything is within walking distance in Avalon. However if mobility (or motivation) is limited grab a taxi and they will pick you up and drive you there in a blink.
