Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 4:00 PM to find a parking spot, grab a lemonade and find a seat!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, do to the limited amount of space at this wonderful venue, please respect the predetermined plus one status. Your invitation will imply if a guest or family is invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, due to the venue restrictions and intimate size of our celebration we are requesting that your children stay home for the evening. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have two room blocks available at two different hotels. Both hotels are around 20 minutes from the venue. There are also plenty of AirBnb's closer to the venue! Please see our "Travel" page with more information on how to receive the discounted rate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Binksberry Hollow has plenty of parking available! The driveway is mostly gravel, however the building it self is completely surrounded by flat sidewalk - safer for walking!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have opted for an incredible farm to table buffet, with an assortment of different food options. If you do have an allergy of sorts, please contact Phoebe and she will contact the Chef at the venue (The chef is really cool there).

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered on Amazon, Williams Sonoma, and Target. Please see the "Registry" page for more information. * We are still working on the registry page, this will be complete soon! Thank you!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting a Welcome Party the evening before at a local AirBnb. This is open to anyone invited to the wedding, we especially want to see and spend extra time with those who have come from out of town! This will be set up as come and go anytime from 4PM - 9PM, light snacks and drinks will be offered! Please see more information under "Schedule" page

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the distance from the hotels to the venue, there will not be transportation provided. Please be responsible if you are planning on consuming alcohol, we want all our guests to arrive home safe!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Drinks are on us! But please plan on a designated driver and remember we are not responsible for your hangovers ;)

Can I smoke Cannabis at the venue?

Answer

The venue does not have a permit for cannabis consumption during events.

What happens if I wear white?

Answer

an unsuspecting grille cook that's friends with Phoebe and Brian may or may not accidently spill red wine on you. But that is just a maybe.
