After years of Phoebe working in the kitchen at Country Club of Buffalo, one day they hire a new dining room manager. Upon him touring the club's kitchen during his orientation tour, Phoebe saw him and turned to her then coworker (now bestie) Mariah. Mariah said "No Phoebe" and Pheebs said "yep". Phoebe of course made awkward conversation with Brian here and there and Brian would sit on the stairs with her during lunch breaks. Within a couple months, Brian asked Phoebe out on a date over a tray of Bonbons that were freshly out of the molds! Flash forward nearly two years of going through the good, the bad and everything in between, Brian sneakily planned the proposal. With the help of a lot of friends and family members, he had every detail covered. He started with informing Phoebe that his mom would be visiting a couple weekends away. This made Phoebe very suspicious of that weekend. Meanwhile, a girls night with was planned to do a spa night and get manicures! The following evening we had plans to go bowling with a group of friends. While we were bowling, he had Gabby (MOH) set up light up "Marry Me" sign and candles in front of the creek near our home. Phoebe was clueless right up until pulling in the parking lot and Brian sprinting across the street! He popped the question, Phoebe said yes and all of our friends and parents were waiting inside our favorite wine bar, Symposium, to celebrate!
