Our dress code is formal. This means for men the tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred. If opting for a suit, a formal dark suit, white shirt, and a conservative tie are acceptable. Please RSVP no later than November 8th. This will ensure you have enough time to book hotels and we have a strict deadline for our vendors on guest counts. We cannot promise we will be able to accomodate you with late RSVPs. Thanks!
Our room block at the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is available until November 15. We cannot gaurentee a discount or a room after that date.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. If it was not indicated on the invitation then we cannot acommodate for the extra guest.
Our hope is to have the ceremony outside, so plan to dress warm for the occasion. If it is brutally cold or the weather is not on our side then we will bring it indoors. The cocktail and the reception will all be inside.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only 21+ event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Yes, our cocktail hour and reception has an open bar. Lets party!! We will have a after-party that is a cash bar.
Our ceremony starts promptly at 4PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45.
Yes! Please let us know your requests and we will provide the caterers to fulfill it to their best abilities.
