The wedding will be in downtown Sierra City at the little white chapel, and the reception will be immediately after at the Community Hall just behind the church.

Justin and Ashley will be hosting a breakfast for all guests available to join. Come, hang out, eat and relax. We will have coffee, mimosas and a breakfast feast!
BBQ and swim at Sand Pond

We will be relaxing at Sand Pond for most of the day. Maybe there will be a contest for the best belly flop? There are several scattered briquette BBQ's around the pond. Bring your best floaties and be ready for the floating island. We look forward to having time to relax and connect with all of you. Just a reminder, sadly, no pups are allowed at Sand Pond.
Evening hike to the lookout

Dress in layers. It’s going to be hot on the way up and then cool off on the hike back down.
If this is your first hike to the fire lookout, you are in for a treat. There is a breathtaking view from the top. Worth every grueling step! Kidding, it’s not that difficult, but it’s not exactly a stroll on the beach. I’d call the hike “intermittently challenging” with a 1500 ft elevation gain and about 5 mile round trip with a real thigh burner towards the tippy top. Bring water, a hat, sunblock and a can-do attitude!
Movie Night

Movie under the stars! This is a family friendly event. Bring blankets, lounge chairs and snacks. It will get chilly at night.

More hang time, more swim time, more food! We would love to spend time at Salmon Lake with anyone staying until Sunday. There is a boat launch for fishing boats, a dock, two small islands, and a big cliff-jumping area. Bring your paddleboards!!
