Matron of Honor
From Asia: I’ve looked up to my sister for as long as I can remember. I think she’s probably the first person, I ever truly loved. When I was little, I’d make her plenty of homemade cards and write letters to her, while she was away at college. Like many sisters, we’ve had our fights, but as the years go by, I think our bond grows that much stronger and closer. (Our mom wouldn’t let us stay that mad at each other anyway, even if we tried haha). She’s my ride or die, always down for an adventure from Vegas dive bars to nights at the Clermont Lounge in Atlanta. I admire her compassion and genuine care for others. It’s been fun getting to see her take on the role of Mother, (one that she’s amazing at!) I’m honored to have her as my Matron of Honor and can’t wait to celebrate with her! From Brian: From the moment we met, Dana has welcomed me into the family and treated me like a brother. Through her trips up here to visit and ours down to DC, I have also had the pleasure of getting to know her husband Fred and their daughter Delaney. They have also all welcomed Greyson into their family with open arms. I couldn’t be more excited to have another sister.
Best Man
From Asia: I was admittedly a little nervous the first time I met Greyson, mostly because of my own anxieties and wanting to make sure that I made a good first impression. The three of us went to a holiday light show and had a really great time together. I remember telling one of my best friends how he reminded me of how we were when we were teens, (kind of an old gentle soul and really sweet). Greyson and I have grown closer throughout the last few years, and I feel really lucky for that. I love bonding over music and just talking about anything and everything. We also have a great time bonding over laughing at Brian’s antics. I’m really excited for his future and am honored that I get to be a part of it! From Brian: Since his birth, Greyson and I have always been very close. Through the years, our bond has only grown stronger. We spend the majority of our time together going on various trips to art shows, museums, concerts, and festivals. One of my greatest joys in life is watching Greyson and Asia interact with each other. It’s been an honor to see Greyson grow into such a caring and giving person.
