Out-of-town guests should fly into Austin Bergstrom Airport. The ride from the airport to downtown is just a short 15 minute Uber/Lyft.

Hyatt Regency Austin

We reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Please click the "view" button below to be directed to our hotel block or call (512) 477-1234 and mention the Garvy/Bedford Wedding. Please note, you must book before 09/06/24 to receive the group rate :) ***If rooms are full when you go to book, please reach out to Megan or Chris and we can add more to the block!*** The shuttle to and from the venue will pick up and drop off at this hotel, but you are welcome to ride the shuttle even if you don't stay at this hotel. We will list the pick up and drop off times to and from the venue as we get closer to the date of the wedding so please stay tuned! If you are running late or would like to leave the venue before or after the shuttles run, you are welcome to take an Uber/Lyft to the venue. There is also parking at the venue if you don't plan on drinking alcohol and prefer to drive. ***There is a Texas football home game on the day of our wedding so be sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible.

Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony/Reception

September 28, 2024 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Shuttles will be departing from the The Hyatt Regency Austin at 3:45pm sharp. You do not need to sign up or stay at the Hyatt to ride. After the ceremony, shuttles will be running starting at 10:30pm, 11pm, and last bus at 12am.
