Can Kids Come?

Answer

We love your kids but our venue isn't the most "child-friendly." At our wedding, we want parents to relax, have a few cocktails, and not worry if the kiddos are mingling with the longhorns on the property! Our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The name/ names that appear on your invitation envelope are the names of the people invited to the wedding. We love LOVE but want to make sure we are celebrating with people we know and unfortunately couldn't give everyone a plus one.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting - the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, followed by dinner and reception inside The Addison Grove Barn. It will be hot, so make sure to dress accordingly.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, The Hyatt Regency downtown Austin. Please refer to the lodging tab for more info.

Will there be brunch on Sunday

Answer

Yes! The Bedford Family will be hosting a brunch at The Hyatt Regency.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Cocktail Attire (semi-formal). We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses or jumpsuits. No jeans or sneakers please. Prepare for the weather to be about 80 during the day and high 70s after sunset.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside the venue! No need to travel in between! The reception will take place indoors on the same property.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Although we do recommend you take our shuttles that will be leaving from The Hyatt Regency Hotel.
