What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30pm, so please arrive and be seated no later than 4:15pm.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by December 1, 2023 so we are able to provide the final count to our vendors.

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP “will not attend.” If you have already RSVP’d attending, please notify Amber or Bobby as soon as possible.

Yes there will be park yourself parking at the venue.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see all of our family and friends dressed up for our big day, so we set the dress code as semi-formal or your Sunday best.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

The beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a pink or soft pink dress.

Will the wedding take place indoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony,” meaning no phones or cameras. The greatest gift you could give us is being fully present as we say, “I Do.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be a bar?

Yes, the day prior to the wedding we are having a “stock the bar” party for you to swing by and see the soon to be married couple as well as bring beer, wine, or champagne to be passed out by a TABC bartender the day of the wedding to celebrate our big day and the new year.

What is the breakdown of the celebration?

4:30pm: ceremony begins 5:00-6:00pm cocktail hour 6:10-6:20pm bridal party entrances 6:20-6:30pm newlywed entrance and first dance 6:30-7:30pm dinner service *speech’s will occur during dinner* 7:30-8:00pm cake cutting and desserts served 8:00-8:30pm bride and groom speech and predetermined dances 8:30-9:00pm bouquet toss and garter toss 9:00pm-12:30am we’ll meet you on the dance floor

You can go to the registry section of this website, if you have venmo there is no processing fee to utilize it. If you are paying by card there is a processing fee. Otherwise gifts can be brought to the wedding, there will be a gift section at the wedding or you can cash app us $amberlynn6992 or zelle (512)214-4660.
