We do not have a room block and the rooms do book up fairly quickly so we would recommend booking your stay as soon as you can! The hotel will not charge you anything until 30 days before arrival and the reservations are 100% refundable as long as you cancel with 15 days notice.

Ziva vs. Zilara

There are two sides to the resort, one is adults only (Zilara side) and one is family friendly (Ziva side). If you are 18 or older, you have full access to both the Ziva and Zilara restaurants/bars/pools/beaches/etc. regardless of which side you booked your room on. Anyone under 18 must stay on the Ziva side and are not allowed to visit any of the restaurants/pools/bars/etc. on the Zilara side

This is the adults only side. You must be 18 and up to stay on this side. Anyone 18 and up are allowed at all restaurants, pools, beaches, and common spaces on either the Zilara or Ziva sides.

This is the family friendly side! Even if your room is on this side, if you are 18+ you are still able to go to all of the pools, restaurants, beach, and common areas on the Zilara (adults only) side.

Flight

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ)

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ) is the airport you want to into. From the airport it is a short 10 - 15 minute drive to the hotel. American Airlines has a direct flight from DFW to Punta Cana (PUJ). Southwest Airlines also has flights from DAL with a quick connection!
