Question

Do I need to include airport transfer in my Hyatt booking?

Answer

At this point, we do not recommend including the airport transfer as part of your hotel booking. We will be evaluating group transportation from the airport as we get more RSVPs and find out which flights people are on. Additionally, there is a great company we used and would recommend over booking through the Hyatt if we do not end up doing group transportation. So more to come as we get closer in!

Question

How far away is the hotel from the airport?

Answer

It is a quick and easy 10-15 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.

Question

Ocean view vs. resort view vs. ocean front - what should we book?

Answer

EVERY room faces the ocean/pool area, so there are no bad views at this hotel (nothing faces a parking lot or eyesore). The “ocean front” room definitely offers the best view and it is truly an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. If you are looking for a true ocean view we would recommend the “ocean front” option. That being said, even the “resort view” rooms still have some view of the ocean/beach it is just not as prominent. Depending on the price difference we wouldn’t recommend upgrading to “ocean view” over a “resort view” unless it isn’t much of a price difference… they are both gorgeous and pretty similar.

Question

Is the club level upgrade worth it?

Answer

We booked club level when we previewed the hotel and we did book it again for the wedding. The club level pool was a nice retreat and we did enjoy the premium liquors, however, Tito’s vodka is included in the non-premium liquors so Courtney would’ve survived either way. Depending on the price we would recommend club level as we did enjoy it, but probably wouldn’t spend more than roughly $50 per night on the upgrade. If premium liquors (Patron, American beer, Grey Goose, nicer local rum, etc.) are of interest to you club level might be a good option.

Question

Are kids invited to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

While we love all of your sweet kiddos, the ceremony and reception will be adults only with the exception of immediate family members (kids aged 10 and up only).

Question

What days will Courtney & Brinton be there?

Answer

We will be there from Wednesday - Monday

Question

Is there a room block rate?

Answer

No, we do not have a room block. However, Southwest does have a corporate discount code you can utilize if you are a SWA Employee. The code can we found on SWAlife.

Question

What is included in the hotel nightly rate?

Answer

This is an ALL INCLUSIVE Ressort so basically once you arrive at the resort you should not incur any additional expenses. Your rate includes things like: Access to pools, Unlimited Dining and Endless Drinks at the 12 Restaurants and 13 Bars & Lounges all onsite, 24-hour Room Service, Free Wi-Fi, Minibar stocked daily, Non-Motorized Watersports (paddle boards, Hobie cat catamaran, kayaks, etc.), and Live Entertainment

For all the days along the way
