Wedding Day Shuttle Transportation

The safety and comfort of our guests is top on our list! As such, we are pleased to offer a shuttle service from the Virgin Hotel (downtown access point) and the Hampton Inn. The shuttle schedule is as follows: Getting There - The Virgin Hotel / Downtown Access: Boarding will begin at 2:45 p.m. and the shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 p.m. The Hampton Inn: Boarding will begin by 3:40 p.m. and the shuttle will depart at 3:45 p.m. Getting Home - Optional Early Departure Shuttle to the Hampton Inn: If you’re ready to hang your dancing shoes up for the night, we will have shuttle transport back to The Hampton Inn at 9:00 p.m. (There will not be an early shuttle back to The Virgin Hotel). Final Evening Shuttles: The Shuttles will depart The Cedars at Carr Farm at 10:30 p.m. with service to The Hampton Inn and The Virgin Hotel.

We recommend the Nashville neighborhoods of Germantown, 12 South, Hillsboro/West End, Belmont, Vanderbilt, or Sylvan Park, or a home closer to our venue.
