The wedding will be held on Saturday May 31, 2025 and will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. CT. We invite guests to arrive by 4:00 p.m. to enjoy a drink and find a seat.
The entirety of the wedding will take place at the Cedars at Carr Farm - 3795 Turnersville Rd, Cedar Hill, TN 37032. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, and the reception will be held inside.

For the ladies, options like a chic midi or floor-length dress, a fashionable jumpsuit, or elegant separates will be perfect. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so please consider this when choosing your shoes—cowboy boots are absolutely welcome! We are pleased to offer a shuttle service to/from the Virgin Hotel (downtown access point) and the Hampton Inn. Simply be ready in the lobby at the departure times, and be sure to check for the Burns/Brinkman Wedding signage, as there may be multiple weddings! The shuttle schedule is as follows: Getting There - The Virgin Hotel / Downtown Access: Boarding will begin at 2:45 p.m. and the shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 p.m. The Hampton Inn: Boarding will begin by 3:40 p.m. and the shuttle will depart at 3:45 p.m. Getting Home - Optional Early Departure Shuttle to the Hampton Inn: If you’re ready to hang your dancing shoes up for the night, we will have shuttle transport back to The Hampton Inn at 9:00 p.m. (There will not be an early shuttle back to The Virgin Hotel). Final Evening Shuttles: The Shuttles will depart The Cedars at Carr Farm at 10:30 p.m. with service to The Hampton Inn and The Virgin Hotel.
