Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Our ceremony will take place in the woods. You will walk through a covered bridge and along a wood chip path to your seat. Please keep this in mind when selecting your footwear.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Enjoy some appetizers, lawn games, s’mores bar, and drinks from the outdoor bar! This will take place in the lawn area outside the reception barn. We ask that all guest do no not enter the barn until it is time.
Guest Enter Reception Barn
5:00 pm - 5:15 pm
The wedding coordinator will guide you into the barn. Please review the seating chart and find your table.
Wedding Party Entrance/ Newlyweds First Dance/ Speeches
5:15 pm - 5:45 pm
Dinner
5:45 pm - 7:15 pm
Dinner will be buffet style. The meal served will be: prime rib, herb crusted haddock, pesto pasta, loaded smash red bliss, roasted garlic green beans, garden salad, rolls with butter.
Dancing!!
7:15 pm - 11:00 pm
MANDATORY!
Late Night Snack
9:15 pm - 10:00 pm
Pizza will be available for those hungry after dancing!
After Party!
