Super seamless to get to; and luckily not many turns. If you are like me; and directionality challenged - Google and Apple Maps provide amazing directions; for simplicity below are the details. The best way to get there is to - Drive: From the Northwest Valley: (Surprise/North Peoria): Approx a 30-minute commute - Take the 303 South, to the I10 West toward Los Angeles (exit will be on the left side of the highway), Merge onto the I10 West, Exit Jackrabbit, turn left, continue straight through 4 intersections; Venue will be on the left-hand side of the road. From West of the Valley: (California and/or Buckeye): Take the I10 East, Exit 121 Jackrabbit Trail, turn right, and continue straight through 4 intersections; the Venue will be on the left-hand side of the road. From East of the Valley/Airport: Follow signs to the I10 West, continue on the I10 West to exit 121, Jackrabbit Trail, turn left, and continue straight through 4 intersections; the Venue will be on the left-hand side of the road. Parking is available at the venue & it is Free! Ubers/Lyfts/Taxis need to be booked well in advance as there are limited drivers in the area.
Unfortunately, we will not be providing private transportation to or from the venue; however, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available in the area. Please plan accordingly.
Semi- Formal; and/or Cocktail Attire - feel free to leave the penguin tuxedos and formal gowns at home; unless you want to wear them. Please no ripped jeans or T-shirts. The ceremony will be on the lawn, so be mindful if you decide to wear heels. The reception is also outdoors, and the grounds are a bit uneven, I would highly recommend block heels or flats. Bring a jacket if you tend to get cold easily as the weather will cool down as the sun sets.
We are hoping for a beautiful day! However, the weather in early March can be unpredictable. The average high is 78° with a low of 63°. The ceremony will be held outside so it may be a bit hot (or cold), but we will keep it short and sweet. The venue (reception area) does not have a/c but it is considered an open-air venue and provides great airflow. We will plan to have heaters and/or misting fans if needed.
We will have an open bar. Light hors d’oeuvres will be available during cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner.
Eyes up & phones down - We can’t wait to tie the knot in front of our favorite people! We hope that you can enjoy this special moment with us camera-free, so please, no photos until our ceremony's conclusion.
Our wedding is by invitation only. Only RSVP for the number of people listed on your RSVP card.
As much as we love all the children in our lives, we’ve chosen to limit the number of kids we are including and we hope you understand. We are happy to help coordinate arrangements in the area, please reach out to us.
Yes! However, we are only asking for your presence as that is the greatest gift. If you choose, to buy anything we are registered on this site under the tab registry & we will have a card box at the venue.
