Question

Is it okay to take pictures/videos with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We are so grateful to have you as part of our special day, and have booked incredible photographers/videographers to capture every moment. We want you to be present and enjoy the ceremony with us, unplugged. Please silence and keep your phones put away during this time. AFTER, however, we highly encourage you all to take and share as many photos as you'd like. Please include our hashtag #becomingbyon, so we can enjoy them too.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at promptly 7:30 PM. Access to the ceremony will close at 7:15 PM until it has finished to not interrupt the ceremony so please don't be late. Please also note that nonattendance at the ceremony may lead to restricted access to the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available at the entrance of the hotel near the main lobby. Signs will guide you toward Casitas Courtyard upon parking. Please tell the main gate you are there for the "Tran Byon Wedding".

Are you registered?

Answer

We do not have a physical gift registry as we feel we have everything we need right now. If you feel inclined to give us something monetary gifts or a contribution to our newlywed fund (under the registry page) will be welcomed and greatly appreciated!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have limited space, and would like to keep our ceremony and reception a comfortable, but intimate event with our family and close friends. Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Disney also provides in-room babysitting for those staying on property. If you'd like more information, please reach out to us!
