Disney has always been a special part of our relationship. Having been long distance for four years, we took every opportunity we could to go to Disney. So naturally it made sense for us to have a Disney Wedding! We are so excited to have you join us for this next chapter of our lives and hope you find this site useful and fun!

Being the Disney fans we are, we decided to head to Disneyland for the grand opening of Star Wars' Galaxy Edge. About a week before our trip, Daniel had changed our hotel reservation to the Disneyland Hotel where he planned to propose. Completely oblivious to the real motive, I just thought Daniel wanted to stay closer to the park and not walk as far (haha). Daniel had planned to propose at the Rose Garden Gazebo located at the Disneyland Hotel and upon arrival to the resort, we coincidentally ran into an actual Disney wedding. Daniel pushed back his plans and we decided to explore the hotel as well as the Downtown Disney area. Hours later, after exploring and some dinner, Daniel convinced me to go on a walk around the resort and the gazebo was finally empty! We were being silly and dancing around when Daniel told me he got me a something and turn around. Still, completely oblivious, I had no idea what was actually happening. When I turned back around, Daniel gave me a Venus et Fleur rose (a rose that lasts at least a year) and a note that read "Will you be my forever Disney date?" I was STILL completely oblivious, thinking it was just a random romantic gift (since we were in the "Rose Garden" already) and replied "of course." Daniel finally had to make it super obvious and knelt down on one knee and proposed. The rest is history!
