Travel + Accommodations

Our wedding and reception will be hosted roughly 45 minutes outside of Ottawa at Bean Town Réceptions, which is located in Plantagenet, Ontario CA. Many of our guests will be travelling from far distances, and we wanted to ensure that guests knew about some of the close-by accommodations! We recommend booking early as space may be limited. Some accommodations will have access to shuttle service in the evening, and ALL GUESTS will have the ability to park their vehicle at the venue overnight to retrieve in the morning if need be!

We've created a Google Document which lists recommended/close-by overnight accommodations, transportation options if you're not planning to use the shuttle, and a map showing directions from Ottawa/Cornwall/Montreal to Bean Town Réceptions. The accommodations with shuttle access have been highlighted, and there's one bed and breakfast that's 100m walking distance away from the venue. More options may be added with access to the shuttle service in the upcoming weeks. REMEMBER: Guests may park their vehicles at Bean Town Réceptions overnight! You're more than welcome to choose other options, as there are certainly many more the closer you get to Ottawa, but please remember Ottawa is 45 minutes away. If you have any concerns regarding overnight accommodations or transportation, please reach out to us!
