Please arrive in formal attire. Full suits, full/knee length dresses, or formal jumpsuits would be greatly encouraged. Please DO NOT wear white or any shades of red!
The times listed on this schedule MAY be updated and slightly altered in January, therefore please make sure to review this page again before the wedding date to ensure you arrive on time. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time listed below. There are many overnight accommodation options near the venue. A free shuttle service will be provided to certain overnight accommodations nearby. You may park your vehicle overnight at the venue whether you use the shuttle or arrange other transportation. PLEASE BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS EARLY IN ADVANCE! Head over to the "Travel + Accommodations" page for more details. A cocktail "hour" and dinner will be served. The bar will be "Open" (free drinks) during cocktail hour and limited during the dinner service. After, the bar will transition to a "Cash Bar." No ATM is on-site or nearby. If you wish to purchase non-alcohol/alcohol drinks from the bar, please ensure to take out CASH ahead of time.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Please arrive 30 minutes before the listed ceremony time. The ceremony will be outdoors on the venue grounds, weather permitting. If the weather does not permit an outdoor wedding, the ceremony will be conducted under a beautiful rustic barn pavilion on venue grounds. Please keep this in mind when planning your attire, as the weather may be cool near the end of September. During the ceremony, we ask that devices and cellphones be turned off. Please do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. We have a photographer and videographer who are amazingly talented to do that for us! Just sit back, relax, and enjoy this special moment with us!
Cocktail Time
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Please enjoy some light snacks, have a drink and mingle while the newly married couple head off momentarily to take photos and spend time together! You may now take out your phones at this time to capture your own photos at this time if you wish! Fruits, veggies, and other bites will be served. Feel free to head to the Open Bar to order drinks on us! The Open Bar is only for a few hours and will transition to a "Cash Bar." No ATM is on-site or nearby, so if you wish to get non-alcohol/alcohol drinks from the bar afterwards, please ensure to take out CASH ahead of time.
Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Time to head inside The Anjou Hall on venue grounds to eat and make memories!
Dinner will be from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The meal is structured to be a sit down buffet-style dinner. A first course of soup/salad will be served to guests at each individual table. Additionally, non-alcohol drinks and unlimited Bean Town house wine during dinner service will be served. After this, the buffet portion of dinner will begin. Once the meal portion of dinner has finished, dessert will be served to each individual table. Many dinner options will provided for the buffet. Let us know when you RSVP of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to consult with the venue and accommodate. The Open Bar will be transition to a Cash Bar within this time frame. Remember, there's no ATM on-site or nearby. Therefore, ensure you have cash if you would like to purchase drinks!
Reception

CELEBRATION TIME!
The reception will kick off with our first dance, just outside The Anjou Hall. This will be a magical, so make sure you're ready to witness the moment. Afterwards, it's time to enjoy some special moments and DANCE back inside The Anjou Hall. If you need to leave for any reason, we understand! For those who've booked overnight accommodations nearby, the shuttle service will be readily available all evening to make multiple trips as needed. Guests should be getting ready to depart at around 1:00am. For guests not staying at accommodations with shuttle service, please ensure you've made the appropriate arrangements to return to your home/overnight accommodation safely. Vehicles can be parked overnight at the venue for you to retrieve in the morning. We ask that if you've ordered alcohol drinks from the bar throughout the event, PLEASE take advantage of this accommodation. We want all our guests to travel safely to and from the venue.
