Maid of Honor
Anna is Colleen's "forced best friend." The forced part comes mostly from the fact that Colleen is only 5 months older than Anna, so naturally we just kind of fit together. Anna has witnessed some of Colleen's most embarrassing moments throughout their lives. Colleen and Anna have known that they would be each other's maid of honor, as Anna puts it, "since the literal day of her birth."
Best Man
Brock is one of Andrew's closest friends from college. After meeting each other while rushing the same fraternity, they would move on to become roommates and the best of friends. They even became great traveling companions, whether it was heading up to Milwaukee to catch a Cubs game, flying to Washington, D.C. to visit Andrew's brother Matt on their spring break, or even driving an hour and half just for a hearty meal.
Bridesmaid
Hannah is one of Colleen's closest college friends, and things started for them when they shared their college apartment. We have always bonded over our love of food (especially Dunkin Donuts and breakfast potatoes), and very easily found ourselves getting into deep, meaningful conversations that helped us avoid doing our work in school. We have been lucky to find ourselves in the same place yet again living in Madison, WI, and have enjoyed expanding our relationship to share it with our fiancés, Andrew and Simon.
Groomsman
Matt is not just an older brother to Andrew, but also a confidant, role model and very dear friend. Growing up, Andrew did all he could to hang out with -and be like- his cool older brother. Though separated by six years and often many hundreds or even thousands of miles, Andrew always felt close to his big brother, never missing a chance to visit him, even traveling to the U.K. to spend Matt's birthday with him.
Groomsman
There is no buddy like a brother, and nowhere is this held more true than between Andrew and his younger brother, James. Only a few years apart, Andrew and James grew up as only the closest of brothers can. Whether it was spending hour after hour playing basketball in the driveway, video games in the basement, or laughing uncontrollably in their shared sense of comedy and love of memes, their brotherly love for each other only grows stronger as the years go on.
Bridesmaid
Madison and Colleen met as members of the "trivia squad" at the beginning of Colleen's sophomore year of college, but soon became close friends. As the years went on, Madison and Colleen shared many wine nights, date nights out, and plenty of time laying in each other's beds watching Netflix. Madison is a true friend and a constant support in Colleen's life.
Groomsman
Michael, or Big Mike as he is known to those close to him, is one of Andrew's best friends from college. Meeting each other while joining the same fraternity, they quickly bonded over their shared love of good music, good whiskey and the good times they would go on to have to this day. In a friendship that has seen them become concert-goers and drinking buddies, they never fail to have the best of times when they get together.
Bridesmaid
Aubrey and Colleen met through mutual friends during their freshman year at St. Ambrose. Aubrey eventually pretty much moved into Colleen's room that year, and they spent many nights making each other laugh. Though we have lived in different cities since our freshman year, Aubrey has remained a constant in Colleen's life, and always provides joy and support, most recently with almost daily pictures of her daughter, Norah.
Groomsman
Bradley is one of Andrew's oldest friends, meeting each other during summer football camp before freshman year of high school. Though they became quick friends, they were not quick to separate, spending countless hours together binging shows and having movie marathons, playing video games, and always finding a good spot to eat. Able to not see each other for months and not skip a beat when they finally do, theirs is a friendship to last the ages.
