Flight
Try and arrive by Thursday evening and remain till Monday morning. Flights go into MDE Airport. It's about 45 minutes outside of the city. There are cabs/uber that you can take to the city. It costs around $25 per trip. Some hotels provide shuttles for an added cost. I recommend calling the hotel.
