Kali came into my life when we were in 5th grade and is going to be a friend that I grow old with. We have that kind of friendship where we can always pick up where we left off. She is so talented, sweet, and easygoing and I am thankful to have her in my life.

It is still unknown how Shelbi and I met, but we somewhat recently found out that we were in the same second grade class (small world). I admire Shelbi for her outgoing, down for anything, and happy go lucky personality. She is always laughing and has a smile on her face.

Cristina (Crissy) is such a thoughtful and kind person. She thought of me when she saw a school social worker position within her district and then referred me for hiring. She even surprised me with a card and bottle of champagne when I got the job. Her kind gestures and thoughtfulness are some of the things I admire about her. I am lucky to be gaining a sister-in-law like her!

Melanie is a fun, kind and easygoing soon to be sister-in-law. We always have a good time together. Also, we are thankful for her kindness when she opened her home to us to have a celebration of our engagement the day that Leo proposed. I am grateful to be gaining her as a sister-in-law!

Nick Boyd joined the squad in middle school. He fit right in and we started getting in trouble. Whether is was spilling some salsa on the carpet or riding our bikes all over the dub.

Taylor and I have been through a lot. First, we started out on a 2-17 Grosse Point Bulldog hockey team. We turned that into a 70-8-2 team winning a National Championship just 2 short years later. We’re stayed in touch over the past 16 years and happy he can stand up in my wedding.

I met Pat while in my rotation program down in Wichita, Kansas. We kicked it off immediately bonding over fantasy football, working out, and brews on the weekend. We ended up living with a few other friends in our program in Augusta, Georgia and stayed in touch ever since.

This little man was so excited and shocked that he will be the one to walk down the isle with our rings. His reaction when we asked him was the cutest thing ever. He was overjoyed to have a special role in our day and we are so happy to have him be our guy on our day.

Guido has been in my life since the day that I was born. He was the brother to my dad that he never had and an uncle to me. Guido accepted the role to be my Godfather and took his role to heart. He has given me many foundational skills as I grew up from teaching me how to be a good worker through hostesing/waitressing at his previously owned business to helping me plan for my future. Guido played the role as a second father to me for many years while I was working with him. Godfather- Thank you so much for taking on another role of blessing us on our special day!

Another person who has helped shape me into the woman I am today is this man. He taught me how to be responsible, work hard, and be a good listener. As a little girl, he showed me every valentines day how special I was to him by dropping off a basket to the school office and having me get called out of class to then find a special gift for me. Needless to say no matter how old I get I will always be daddy's little girl.
