We are saying YES to forever!

Leo & Kristina met in 2018 through a mutual friend. He decided to follow her on Instagram, but the timing was not right to start their love story just yet. A few years later when he returned to his hometown he decided to check in on her. He then "slid into her DM's" as these youngins say nowadays and ended up asking her out. They met at a Tim Hortons/Coldstone for their first date. They spent hours talking and getting to know eachother. The chemisty was so organic and the converstaion was effortless. Leo then showed his chivalry when he walked Kristina to her car and told her that his dad said, “don’t kiss on the first date” and they ended their date with a hug and a smile on their faces. After a few months of dating, Kristina decided to make things official and asked Leo to be hers on February 16, 2018. He said yes and shortly after it would be her turn to say yes. Fast forward, September 5, 2020 was the day he asked her to spend the rest of her life with him and she said YES! They had plans to go to Leo's sisters, but he had suggested they make a stop on the way. The stop was at a place that holds a special spot in Kristina's heart. It was a place that her and her Papa went to often while she was growing up and they called it "The Special Place". Little did she know that it was going to gain another special memory. Leo, Kristina and Ellie were walking down the trial when Kristina turned around and noticed the man was following them and thag he had a camera. She told Leo that she thinks they were being followed and he was taking pictures of them. Leo said, “well we are a good looking couple" and they continued their walk. Then they went into a more private area where Kristina found a pretty flower to pick and when she turned around Leo was on his knee and expressing his love and desire to spend the rest of his life with her. Then the creepy man who was following them revealed himself to be their bestfriend Nick who was capturing their special moment.
