Things To Do
St. Mary's Glacier
A classic 2.4-mile Colorado hike for out-of-towners. The hike takes you to a beautiful alpine lake at the base of the glacier but doesn't have too much elevation gain. Just be careful, sometimes this hike can be quite busy on weekends.
Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
The most iconic outdoor music venue. We frequently go to concerts here! Shows during our wedding weekend are Stick Figure (July 25th) and Jason Mraz and the Colorado Symphony (July 27th). Red Rocks is also a great place for daytime hikes - check out AllTrails for more information.
Aspen Peak Cellars
This is a winery near our venue in Bailey. Stop by for a tasting flight, glass, or bottle of their award-winning wines. They also offer a full-service lunch and dinner menu in their dining room or on their riverside patio. Live music is provided on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm-5pm.
Outer Range Brewing Company
One of our favorite Breweries in Frisco, Colorado. There are also lots of great hikes around Frisco and Dillon! Frisco is 1 hour and 15 minutes from Denver.
Recess Beer Garden
This is where we went on our first date! A casual Denver restaurant / bar with lots of good beer on tap!
Tavernetta
If you're looking for a fancier meal, this is a great Italian restaurant near Union Station in downtown Denver. We recommend getting the lamb ragu!
Golden City Brewery
If you're staying in Golden, we recommend stopping by this brewery. The Guava Sour is one of our all-time favorite beers. Live like a true Colorado local and grab a pint after a morning hiking.
