In July, the average high is 87°F and the average low is 57°F. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, the reception will be indoor/outdoor.

Is the altitude in Colorado really that big of deal?

Answer

Denver is known as the mile-high city because it stands at an elevation of 5,280 ft. Pine, CO has a similar elevation. If you're coming from a lower elevation, altitude can make it harder to exercise and lower your alcohol tolerance. We recommend drinking plenty of water, taking it slower on hikes, and being aware that alcohol will hit you harder than you're used to!

Should I get a rental car?

Answer

We recommend getting a rental car if you are not planning on taking the shuttle. Lyfts/ubers will not be available to and from the wedding venue.
