Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Coxsackie

Our limited wedding block of 15 rooms is located at the Holiday Inn Express in Coxsackie, NY. Best Western New Baltimore Inn

We have also set up a discount option with the Best Western in West Coxsackie, NY. If you wish to book a room here, time is of the essence as we do not have a specific number of rooms set aside. To book with the Best Western follow these steps: 1. Go to bestwestern.com 2. For Destination enter West Coxsackie, NY 3. Enter the dates you wish to stay 4. Choose 2 adults 5. On Rates drop down menu select Promotional 6. Type "wedding" in the box and click apply 7. Click Find My Hotel 8. Click New Baltimore Inn View Rooms/Rates You should now see "Wedding Rate" as an option under the listing for each room. You may call the hotel at (518) 731-8100 with any questions. Make sure to mention the Guess-Lee wedding!

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

September 26, 2020 2:00 pm - 1:00 am

We have reserved two wedding shuttles to transport our guests to and from Helsinki Hudson. The shuttles will be arriving at the Holiday Inn at 2:00 PM. Once everyone has boarded, the shuttles will head to the Best Western. Around 2:15 PM, the shuttles will depart the Best Western and head to Helsinki Hudson. At the end of the night, a shuttle will arrive at Helsinki at 9:00 PM to pick up anyone that is too exhausted from all the dancing to make it until 10:00 PM. At 10:00 PM, once the reception has ended, both buses will return to Helsinki to take the remainder of guests back to the hotel. Lastly, for anyone that would like to accompany the new Mrs. & Mrs. out on the town after the reception has ended, a shuttle will be returning to Hudson once more between 12:30 and 1:00 AM to bring the final party animals back to the hotels.

Parking at Helsinki

Should you choose to forgo the shuttle service, you may find free parking in a municipal lot directly across the street from Helsinki. This lot offers free overnight parking as well.
