Question

What is going on in Pittsburgh that weekend?

Answer

Friday November 11 is Veteran's Day so there may be some additional traffic or road closures in the morning. We will update this with addition information (such as sporting events) as it becomes available.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire to the ceremony and the reception (cocktail dresses, long dresses, jumpsuits, suits and ties, etc.). The welcome party is casual, so you may wear whatever makes you comfortable as long as it is appropriate for public.

Question

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Pittsburgh in November can vary in weather. It could be in the upper 60s or it could be rather chilly. All events will be indoors, however, so it is unlikely to impact the event.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to the hotel or any of the events. The ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour all take place in the same hotel where we have a hotel block for the event.

Question

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

If you are driving to the wedding, self parking is available under Melon Square across the street from the Omni William Penn Hotel for $6 a day.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not take photos during the ceremony. We would love to see your faces during the event and in the photos afterwards, not your phones. We are happy to share photos from our photographer after the wedding. Phones are allowed during the reception.

Question

Where can I RSVP?

Answer

We will include a place to RSVP on this website soon! We are finalizing menus first, but we will ask about your dinner preferences and for information about dietary restrictions in the RSVP.

Question

What health and safety measures will be taken during your event?

Answer

We ask that all guests take a COVID test prior to attending any wedding events.
