One of our favorite bars in Fort Worth! Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Large selection of beers. The food is great too!
Fridays are free to get in at The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth! Check the website to see what exhibit is currently in rotation. Attached to the museum is Cafe Modern, an upscale cafe where you can grab a bite to eat or something to drink.
We love to take bike rides to the gardens and then spend an hour or two walking around. A donation is recommended, but you can totally get in for free.
A Fort Worth staple! Try the bacon burnt ends, the potato salad, and basically anything else. There is a second location in the River District that may better accommodate larger parties.
35 blocks of downtown Fort Worth that has plenty to do! Shopping, dining, and entertainment. Check out The Flying Saucer, Little Red Wasp, and lots more.
Such a fun museum for adults and kids! One of Anna's favorite places to spend an afternoon.
Huge store full of different vendors selling cool antiques. You never know what you'll find. One time we found an old Texas A&M yearbook with Josh's dad on the inside!
Delicious tacos. Cold drinks. Cool view of downtown. Heads up, it's kind of small.
Really neat little tavern located within T&P station. Covered outdoor seating with corn hole, or belly up to the bar inside the tavern. Great for people watching as folks get off the train.
Delicious sushi and Asian dishes. Cute, bright, and modern atmosphere.
Awesome new park & playground in Fort Worth that was built for children with all abilities!
Whether you like traditional burgers or something more adventurous, this place has it all.
Brewery with plenty of board games, food, and beer. Good hang out spot.
Great brunch spot! Highly recommend the Bloody Marys and any of the eggs Benedict.
On Josh and Anna's list of places they want to eat! Reviews are always positive regarding the food and atmosphere. Overlooks the Trinity river as well.
A large brewery located just east of downtown. There's lots of room for kids to run around outside too!
If this is your first time to Funkytown, the Stockyards are worth a visit. There are daily cattle drives, shops, restaurants, and old school saloons. Not to mention Billy Bob's, on of the world's largest Honky-Tonks, is right there!
A beautifully maintained zoo, close to TCU's campus.
Great spot to grab a cup of joe.
Cocktail bar that is a little more upscale. Beautiful inside. Also there's a secret bar downstairs!
Super laid back bar in Fort Worth's Warehouse District. Live music sometimes!
Really great hang out! Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and the New Orleans inspired menu is delicious. My recommendation? Red beans & rice.
Close by Rodeo Goat, another favorite hang. Plus, this is one of the bars where Leon Bridges used to perform before he hit it big. He swings by sometimes when he's in town. Anna once asked him for a picture here and he said no.
Cute as heck. One building for drinks and tapas, another for coffee and churros. Sit outside and enjoy Magnolia Avenue.
This was actually the original home of The Bearded Lady. Charming house-turned-bar with a large selection and shaded outdoor area.
Looking for somewhere to spend some downtime? How about a round of bowling or bocce ball to re-establish your dominance over the other family members?
Looking for a Fort Worth souvenir? Why not check out the Clearfork Farmers Market? Saturdays 8:00 am- 12:00 noon. So, you'll still make the wedding in time.
