You can bring anyone to the Ceremony at Our Lady of Good Counsel. However, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation to the reception at White Meadow Lake. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invite. Thank you for understanding!
We're hosting non-alcoholic drinks for everyone, and there will also be a cash bar available for those who would like to purchase alcoholic beverages.
We have reserved a hotel block at the Courtyard Rockaway / Mt. Arlington, located approximately 15 minutes from the reception venue, and 25 minutes from the ceremony venue. A special wedding rate of $190 per room per night for King and $200 per room per night for Double will be available. Please book by May 15, 2026 using the link below to receive the discounted rate. At this time, transportation between venues is not provided. We are still working out the details and will update the website if this changes.
The ceremony and reception venues are approximately 20 miles (30 minutes) apart.
Children who are invited will be listed on your invitation. If you have questions or special circumstances, please feel free to contact Becci or Ben.
We encourage guests to wear semi-formal attire. We want you to feel comfortable and confident while celebrating with us!
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our ceremony. As the ceremony will take place during a church Mass, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. Once we're at the reception, feel free to take all the photos you'd like!
