Travel
We recommend flying into & out of Roberts Field - Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) if possible. Redmond is the center of Central Oregon and only about 20 miles (25min) to Sisters.
Alternatively, you can fly into Portland International Airport (PDX), which is approximately a 3-hour (165-mile) drive to Sisters. The drive takes you over a mountain pass that is generally well-maintained and relatively easy/scenic. While it's possible to encounter snow in the pass, it is unlikely during this time of year.
Staying in the town of Sisters during your time here would be ideal, and there are usually plenty of AirBNB or VRBOs sites available. There are also some hotels and ranches (a few of which I have listed below). Alternatively, you could lodge in Bend or Redmond (both 25-30 min away) which may have more options available.
