99% of the park will be closed for the season, but the Apgar Village area, which is where you can find Lake McDonald will be open. Make sure you wear your snow boots!
Christmas Stroll in Downtown Whitefish

The event will be Friday Dec. 13th from 6-10pm, the tree lighting event will be 6:15pm. Matt and I went to the Christmas Stroll in 2022 and it was fantastic. They will have a tree lighting event, there are so many vendors, live music, Santa, food trucks, and more!
Downtown Whitefish
Lots of local shops and restaurants to explore! The town has it decorated for Christmas and it is straight out of a Hallmark movie!!
